Return & Exchange Details

Physical products — 30-day returns

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • Tags/packaging included where applicable

  • You contact us first for a return authorisation

Physical products

Mugs, bottles, hoodies, t-shirts, phone cases, and similar items are printed or sourced after you place your order. We work with trusted partners including print-on-demand (Printful) and wholesale suppliers to get your order to you safely.

Not eligible for return (unless defective):

  • Personalized or custom-made items with your name, photo, or custom text

  • Items marked final sale

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Defective or wrong item

Received something damaged or incorrect? Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping if needed.

How to start a return

  1. Email imageandvogue@gmail.com with order number and reason

  2. Wait for return instructions

  3. Ship the item back (return shipping may be customer’s cost unless item was faulty)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Digital downloads — all sales final

Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds are not available once a file has been successfully downloaded.
If you experience a technical problem (broken link, wrong file, duplicate charge), contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. For physical items, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
